From launch to introduction.

No email entry is needed when launching. After each confirmed launch, SEED automatically finds the selected developer’s public GitHub email and sends the introduction. Every launch appears here: successful emails show Sent, and missing addresses show Email could not be found. Developer opt-outs are respected. Sent confirms provider acceptance; it does not confirm the email was read.
